Joseph R. Briscar associate
Since joining the Firm in 2018, Joseph has worked on a variety of electricity and natural gas matters for the Firm's industrial clients. Joseph assists in regulatory proceedings before state regulatory commissions and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on subject matters including utility rate cases, policy development, and demand-side management issues. Joseph also assesses developments in several Regional Transmission Organizations on behalf of clients. Additionally, Joseph works with clients in the energy efficiency industry to develop and adopt up-to-date energy codes at the state and local level.
